Our newly done Wacc walls!!! The first photo is absolutely amazing!!!!! Our second photo is equally great!! However, we are going to move some items around. MINT is the NOW color, this season. We are going to put that MINT Studded pouch on a girl.... We are going to push that bad boy!!! These walls are to be handled with care!!!! Remember... NO REFIXTURING OR ANY MOVES UNLESS PERMITTED!!!

3/28 - 3/29

Hey! So yesterday we had a regional visit. It went pretty well! Shout outs to those who closed the night before! Yesterday in shipment we got two new shoes: MIA Braided Quarter Strap Heel and the other I couldn't find on the site :(. It's an Ecote booty with a heel in grey. Both $79.

Today we finally got the bracelet stands made out of found furniture legs. Pictures to be posted soon! We're really excited about this addition to the WACC cluster. I think we finally reached the point where we have a very big jewelry presence when you look at the cluster..

Other then that, dime outs are almost done. All that's left is boxed shoes. I spent my morning in the last bay working on the bins of socks and skippies. I got through the entire bay. I also put out two bins of sale shoes. One bin is strictly sale flats. The other is strictly sale printed canvas shoes. I hope the ladies love them!

For the weekend let's just FILL FILL FILLL!

Soooooooo, Last night was a perfect close. I was really pleased with the feedback we received. Regarding, the close!!!

Now, onto today!!
     We received a visit from Allyson, Sandra, Shelley and Liz. Each department manager had a chance to walk them through and discuss what is going on. My Wacckey's!! Your contributions are being noticed. Thank you all!! For maintaining the wacc clusters, shoe lounge... Just about all things Wacc. That doesn't mean, we get to rest... NO NO NO!!! We are going to aim to get better!!! I will be posting up pictures and explaining what we can do to correct the minor errors. I will be discussing what we will be changing. Until then, Thanks to the entire staff!!!!

Okay, DiddyBops!!

        We just came off a very successful week!! Let continue belting these homers! Wacc finished with 16.4 up 50. Versus Company up 10. We still have major room for opportunity. While Hats, Scarves, Sunglasses, Other Jewelry, Travel, Casual and Travel performed extremely well. The remaining classes did not fair so well. Athletics made a major comeback in numbers up 886%!! With the Tom's moved downstairs. This helped push our other shoe classes. Aniysa, we will discuss shoe numbers this week. This week we will be getting back to  standards. Tuesday will be a perfect close.. We have a very important visit on Wednesday.

This week we have job outs. These are to be completed no later than Thursday.
Please continue to have all shipment processed and backstocked by the end of day.
Jewelry is priority!!! It is to be fully processed and place in the box in tandem.
Fill, fill, fill!!!

Friday 3/23

Hey WACCA FLACCAS! This morning I filled sale with two bins, one bin is full of sale bras and the other is full of sale wallets. I also added ten boxed shoes. We have more sizes of the $19.99 pumps in backstock if anyone is interested. I added more sale belts to the back of the z-racks (only 7 at a time). I expect these to get messy from shoppers so please make sure we're closing out sale properly!

The rest of my morning was spent filling! I filled sunglasses (these need to be filled daily.. seriously, they're selling like HOT CAKES!). I filled jewelry and also redid the two wooden boxes with pegs on the WACC cluster so now its all duster earrings on the front.
