Happy Memorial Day!

Hello Waccinators! Happy Monday! As we were forewarned there was no shipment this morning, so I spent the morning fixing and filling. I reorganized the sale bags and moved some things around. I also moved some of the sale scarves out of the bin, because I didn't think they were very shoppable all lumped together. I filled sandals, which was kind of tough since there's low stock on many of them, and I worked on that shopping bag of scraves and 142 camis that have been in that bag behind cashwrap since LAST WEEK! Latly PINS. We need to be emptying pins at the end of the night, even if we don't do it every night, each of us has a responsibility to check and make sure it's not overflowing like it was this morning. Saturday night is the opportune time to empty pins, because its the end of the week. So, lets get it together. Other than that I hope everyone had a great weekend.

A good thing is the store was up 6 for the night!!!! What wasn't so good is that Wacc ended down 2 last week. Company ended down 2 also. Intimates ended up in the 100's. I accidentally left my velocity and TYLY in the office. I will have a breakdown by tomorrow. Once, it gets emailed to me. Tomorrow, is Memorial Day!!! The floor needs a really good filling. The Sandals A frame was shopped like crazy today!!! Those need a filling. The scarves on the Basic table rounder. All jewelry and flats. TOMS and canvas lace ups. Caroline!!!!! Thank you for working on the bays. Especially the scarves!!! Hats, were filled this evening. Sale handbags and regular priced needs filling. Keep an eye on Intimates!!!! That is what's making money!!! Keep it full and clean.

saturday....more like scarfturday! I got the scarf area in backstock looking less ~*~chaotic~*~ and the scarves that wouldn't fit in the available bins were bundle folded in a basket. loaded up the sale section with all the sale scarves, too! charley, there are some markdown scarves that got Left Behind at the cashwrap because they are glamour glitch definition--they're supposed to be in these neat little braided knot rope bundles? bc the scarves are barely held together/super stringy and fringey....so naturally 99% of them are un-tied and tangled in a big clump. I tried, but it was NOT a Saturday Project.

TOMS TOMS TOMS TOMS!!!! Keep that wall filled and maintained... I don't ever want to see anyone just walking pass it, While there are a ton on the floor in disarray!!!! TTPTR!!!! Hello!!!! Which leads into sandals..... Those A frames need to be filled. Monitored and Closed out!! I was a little disappointed on Wednesday night... I closed with two Wacc closers and you guys neglected it. I should not have to put you on blast twice about this!!!! Hey!!! (Thanks Austin for the wall :)...)

Intimates---- There was I box that I was working on. Those need to be filled and backstocked, Its Natural and black scallops that can go on to the top. Place fill the Cami's on the table and Bras and Tights.

RAINY THURSDAY

HEY Dolls! Happy thursday! We are quickly approaching the end of the month, so let's sells the heck out of WAC. We still have our "straw hats and sandals for 19 dollars" promo and a new promo; all jewelry, full priced and sale, is now 30 percent off. So far this week our store as a whole has'nt been doing as well as we'd like so lets stay focused and sell, sell, sell. Today I was scheduled to  be in Men's, but I ended up working WAC anyway. I processed some men's TOMS this morning, got all the sale jewelry, and some full priced ones upstairs in preparation for the 30 percent off sale, and I was able to sift through that box of jewelry and separate sale from full finding some dime outs along the way. I was also able to place the remainder of yesterday's shipment. There is a hot pink bag on the front table along with a new fringed scarf we got in black and cream, the crochet skimmers on the A-frame in Zone 2 came in green, and those are on the same A-frame as its siblings. We also recieved a lace ballet flat that is also on the A-frame in Zone 2. Check out the belt wall, because we got a new studded skinny belt in black and brown and while at cashwrap stop by the jewelry A-frame to see the new single stone chockers we recieved. We also got in some new sunglasses, one with a large frame that came in three colors; black, turquois and brown, and a small pair (sorry I'm having trouble defining these guys). Oh yes, we got BGD canvas skimmers in pink, black and cream and they look almost identical to the KB ones near the bathrooms, only the tips of them are pointier.

Had a short shift today but we had a good night, standards had to better than they have been recently and I think the team did a good job tonight. I got to close sale and I tried my best since I don't really close much of the store at other times besides cashwrap, shoe lounge and some of the women's floor. It was good to close some where else for a change.

I heard about the latest mystery shop results and... NO BUENO! We can do better!!! We come from the land of 90s and 100s. There is no reason we should be getting under that.

I am SO excited about this promotion that starts tomorrow! We have so much jewelry! This includes sale jewelry as well. Thursday morning the top of the WACC cluster is getting a jewelry heavy make over. Over the weekend its going to be VERY important to keep the jewelry filled and max'd out. We have so much jewelry in backstock!!

ALSO, We got UNDER 50% on our last mystery shop. This is completely unacceptable. I think we all need to revisit our mystery shop standards and make sure we're thoroughly following this with EVERY customer. I am very dissapointed. I really couldn't believe it. I'm going to re-visit this later with another post about mystery shop standards on the stores page. TO BE CONTINUED.

My morning was spent filling and making a casual shoe move. I maxed out the back of zone 2 with the kimchi blue flats, we have soo many of these and the ladies love them! I also moved the tights in the back of zone 2 and repegged the board for more casual shoes. I moved the studded flats over there. As always, I was really excited to use the powerdrill :). The rest of my morning was spent cleaning out the cash wrap for spring cleaning. It looks nice and organized. All that's left really is labeling and pulling out the cleaning supplies. We also talked about moving the TOMS bags and stickers to the pull out drawer where the cleaning supplies used to be..

29 GRAND!

Hayloo darlings! This is my first Saturday in a long time, so the volume of buisness we got today felt oh so strange. We have a crazy high goal today, something over 29 thousand, so I hope everyone goes in hard..... In anticipation of the crazy we did a lot of filling this morning. For the most part I filled sandals, outstock shoes and TOMS. In addition I wasn't sure how far we'd reached with markdowns and furthers, but I did recall the last remaining being shoes, so I went over shoes in backstock and it seems sometime this week someone got to them. Therefore, I think I can say markdowns are complete. I started cleaning out cash wrap today, but I was only able to do more than move the sellables out of the cabinet that should only hold 2 binders and samples. Carry on the good fight... till monday

So to many requests...I am finally ready to blog. My name is Aniysa and I am a 19 year old conformist. I started working at Urban a year ago, and I must say how much myself and the company has grown since then. Today was pretty successful (in my eyes). We've had pretty long long lines today, and very few customer returns- not any theft to my knowledge. I've noticed I rang up a lot of WACC items, and sale sale sale! Any who... it was nice blogging, I'll write again soon (soon). Bye.

Hey ya'll!!! okay so today was a weird day to start off! firstly, i broke a mirror this morning!! :O (but don't worry, it was a plastic mirror!...small victories) ANYWAYYY.. determined to make it a good day, i welcomed the day with open arms like this..


SOOO i filled Toms, backstocked the new shipment of primsoll laceups, and did some markdowns.
I finished the jewelry rounder by cash wrap, the wacc entry wall. We have some good markdowns too! (4 pk nail polish, splatter eye shadow set both at $4.99!!) i also did all the socks downstairs and started on the shoes in shoe lounge, i only got to the ones on the table, so the ones on the wall have yet to be done. finally, i marked down all the intimates in the fitting room and the sandals in the back of the rounder!

Waccy Wednesday

Hey guys! What's good? Today wasn't bad. We got 30 boxes today, but not too much WACC. We got a few boxes of replen in red, black and gray TOMS, a beaded strech Ecote belt, replen in the BDG straw fedora, replen in the black and cream S+F lace pull on bra, a P+N knit beret in grey and cream and two different pairs of sun glasses. Other than that we talked about cycle counts this morning and the proper way to process TOMS, AGAIN! Anywho, If we don't see me bloggin' as often, it's because I may be losing my internet. So, on nights when I close, if I don't have time to blog before I leave work then I'll have to figure out how I'll communicate with ya'll.

SHIPMENT AND MARKDOWNS COMPLETED BY THURSDAY NIGHT!!

-Intimates!!!
   -Abby's favorite!! We received many new Cami's for that round table. Coincidence and Chance striped and solid colors. We can really push those sales!!! Here we do, We are going to half fold the camisoles and place on the top of the rounder. We have markdowns in Intimates as well. So, all sale should be removed and placed in back stock for the weekend sale. Tights, Bras, Socks.... They are on the manifest!!!

-Jewelry!!!
   -The Wacc Cluster should always be cleaned and shopable. It has been. However, We have a lot of correcting to do!! The wooden bracelet stands will go as follow: The ones that go across should be Half one style, Half the next style. The ones that stand up: will be all layered. As if, it was an actual arm. However, do not go nuts while filling it!!! The Bowls should only consist of one style each.We will be re-working the earrings A frame. To boxes on tables. Remember, to keep updating the new release necklace forms.

-Shoes!!!
   -All Sandals need to remain filled on those A frames.TOMS stays filled. We will be re-working the flats on the wall in back of Zone 2. Due to us having so many in back stock. We will be removing the tights from the wall. To store more casuals there.

-Belts!!
  -Will eventually move from that wall to a possible A frame or the wall in Zone 2. Beware!!!

-Hats, Scarves, need to remain clean. Please do not add a new style to a vignette. Especially, if one is already there!!

NOW ITS SPRING CLEANING TIME AT THE CASH WRAP!!!
-We will be basically dumping the cash wrap! The cabinet with the binders:
Should have only the EAS binder and the Register Field Guide. TESTERS ONLY!! NO SALEABLE ITEMS!!
We will no longer be holding down cleaning supplies... Keep it in the bathroom!! With the exception of canned air and Clorox Wipes.
The next cabinet will continue to hold tagging supplies, markdown guns, Neatly arranged shoe hooks. SPEAKING OF SHOE HOOKS: DO NOT THROW AWAY!!!!!
Final cabinet will consists of bags and boxes.
While the drawers at the wrap will be cleaned out labeled saying what is actually suppose to be in those drawers.
All cabinets will have labels.
THIS IS DUE MONDAY... I WOULD LIKE FOR US TO HAVE THIS DONE  SATURDAY.

TUESDAY 5/15

Today we got 39 boxes of shipment. Three of those boxes were TOMS, in black and ash grey. I immediately processed them and put them all out. We got in more new jewelry (some really fun earthy pieces). We got replen in two printed skippies. We got one new sheer geometric scarf (which will probably be housed downstairs, near it's friend in the shoe lounge). We got half a box of sunglasses, we've been getting SO many, they sell very well, please pleaaaaase continuously fill them. We also got a replen in the KB crochet flats that are in the back of zone 2.

I continued working on markdowns this morning. I continued on the jewelry. Charley began working on the markdowns in back stock. Please continue on markdowns on Wednesday morning after shipment is taken care of.

We're up for the week already! Huzzah! Let's boost those sales. Mhmmm.

It's a new and promising week

Hey guys! Hope all is well. We ended this lovely Monday up about 19 percent to goal, so HORRAY! The pace was consistent, and almost slow today, so I'm actually surprised we did so well. I got through some more jewelry mark downs on top of what Anni completed today; and Liz and I (mostly Liz) did a good job of getting new jewelry out. However, I left the box of jewelry at the cash wrap so that, hopefully, we will get every thing out by the end of the day tomorrow. Other than that, we had a great day and the close was smooth and brief. If you haven't yet read Charley's post, please do. There is important info on how we did last week, which classes we did well in and a note on what we will work on this week to improve classes that didn't do as well. In addition we have a new Merchandiser, her name is Morgan. I only spoke to her for a second as she was leaving, but she seems nice. So cheers to another new beginning and a new member of our team. Anywho.... Have a good night guys. Till Wednesday.

MONDAY 5/14

Today we got 24 boxes of shipment. We got a ton of new jewelry which I'm really excited about. I updated one of the neckstands on the jewelry A-Frame to show off the new necklace. We also got a really cool upper arm cuff. We got TWO boxes of skippies and a new style of straw hat in two colors (which lives with the cluster of hats on the basics table). Anyways, I ran shipment showdown this morning. I began working on markdowns as we opened. I was focusing mostly on the jewelry so I could make room for the new product. We have a ton of markdowns! Liz is working on continuing processing the jewelry from today.

ALSO: The beautiful jewelry stands Tom made us need to have some standards. So here it is. For one, the two vertical bracelet holders: one row msut be all the same style of bracelets. The other row needs to be all random bracelets. Make sure to leave a little bit of wiggle room on the spindles so people can see the detailing in the wood pieces. The two horiztontal bracelet holders must be random bracelets at all times. This does NOT mean throw random bracelets on there. You can still pick out bracelets that match each other, whether it be by color or patterns, or more 'earthy' jewelry. For some reason I keep coming in and finding all the bracelets grouped together on these spindles. I think we all have it pounded in our brain to put stuff away together, which makes sense. But not for these jewelry spindles!

ALSOOOOO: The smaller glass jewelry bowls should always go in the table. Only the big bowls go on top of the cluster. ALL bowls should have ONE style of bracelets in each.

saturday moooorning

Hey y'all!
This morning was kewl. I tried to regain control of the break room. I unpacked and shelved as many bags as humanly possible. I also tried to create a path to the hanger bars and get those lil dudes organized. It was looking pretty hectic (and still is kinda but I worked with what I had)! One tiny note on the hanger bars--when we run them during close, pleeease try to make sure they're facing the right direction. I saw a lot of hangers turned around which makes it more difficult to take a handful out if the need should arise. I know hangers are a pain in the neck, but if we keep them organized it won't be so bad!

I also loaded up the Tom's wall so we're ready to go for a hopefully busy Saturday!

Good Night.....(read Caroline's Post)

Hey guys! I hope we all had a good Wednesday. Sad to say, however, we didn't do too well today. We were  down a little more than 3000 dollars to goal, which hurts, but hopefully tomorrow will be a much better day. We had to get out as soon as possible so some things got left behind. I worked on the denim table tonight and had to  leave the WACC runs, so I apologize for that because that could be a real nuisance tomorrow. Caroline also left a note about the bracelets that I placed where runs should be, although we didn't make too many sales we got a lot of returns and I spent most of the night trying to clean up and close down. So again, I apologize. Anywho I love you guys, tomorrow!

Friday Morning!!!!

Good Morning!!!

         I just have a few things that need to be done soon as you get in!!! Tom started making extra sign holders for the stores new promo signage update. The $19 straw hat sign should go... Right in the middle of the hats in shoe lounge. The hats are displayed on the second shelf. Another sign should go above the Cope Linen Dresses, where the straw hats are displayed. The Sandal signage is done!!! The RTV is done!!!

We received replenishment of the Crochet Flats... I left the bag of samples in receiving. Those can go in Zone 2 A frame behind the sandals and under the Ecote Sandals Blue, Brown, LT Brown and Black.

-Filling, for the weekend needs to occur!!!

BRACELETS BE WACCKY

Hey y'all
I started working on this project because it was slower this afternoon and those darn bracelets on the front table have been bugging me. I got halfway done before it picked up (of course) so I left it at the cashwrap. It shouldn't take tooooo long to knock out the rest of it.
Basically--those bracelets are held together by a little neon string that comes untied really easily. So the sets are in total disarray/all mixed up. I looked online and the set should come like this: 2 little seed bead bracelets, one round woveb bracelet, one friendship bracelet, and one suede/charm bracelet. The ones in the little box are completed and can serve as a visual for what it should look like. There are 2 ziplocks--one full of almost-complete sets that are either missing a sku or one/two components. The other bag is full of the various components that had previously been floating around.
Hope this makes sense and isn't too much of a pain to finish!

ANOTHER CASHWRAP NOTE:
I've been noticing a disturbing trend in returns lately that are real fishy. I've asked Kristin and Adam the best way to handle it.  Basically, we've been getting a ton of returns with no receipts and the tags are torn in half. It's always brand new merch and always big ticket items--cheap monday, around the world, etc. Most of the time, the returner says it was a gift or they bought it at another store. If you encounter this, page a manager immediately. They are scammin' us! Our posted return policy has changed recently and we don't ~have~ to take a return without a receipt, and we can ask for an ID to do a return with no receipt. The new policy leaves us with a lot of wiggle room to say no on any return that seems suspect, so if something doesn't sit right with you, page a manager and they can take it from there.

Compared to the ones from last week. We need to come up with a solution to boost up our earring business. The numbers are sad. I would love some input from you ladies and gents. Belts!!
   -Down 28!! This is a No-No!!! We need belts to survive day to day!! I'm going to say this. I have never witnessed anyone except myself. Actually, work on belts at all. UMMMMM!! Lets get it together, people!!! We had markdowns on belts. The sale ones can go in sale on back of those Z racks!! Not piled up there looking crazy!!! The belt wall needs to get cleaned up!! Place some on girls, Cluster... Come on now!!!

Shoes, Shoes, Shoes!!!
  -Athletics +813, Sandals -69, Casuals -31, Boots -88. I really can't!! TOMS, saved us!!! Abby, your picture will be up shortly. Anni, Thanks, for cleaning up the shoe lounge and updating. Though, this should happen twice a week. I want to add a third day. Monday, Thursday and Saturday!! While everyday the lounge needs to be filled. These are days that it will be updated. While, we actually have new flats and sandals. They need to be represented. While, we do not have many boxed shoes. I have been taking some out stock shoes and displaying them in the lounge. Mary Janes are everywhere!!! We need to get those out on the floor. Temporarily, they will go with the canvas lace ups for the moment.

Hats!
  -Down 25..... I know we don't have many and most are on sale. They still need to be filled and those that are on sale need to be placed in sale. No bald head forms at all!!!

Intimates!
  -Down 28. This is crucial!!! We must maintain this cluster everyday!!! Filled, good close outs, marked down!!! Tights -39, No good!!! We will be coming up with a strategy to boost these sales.

Opening Checklist

1. Check for morning directives/check in with a manager. 
2. Check in with the receiver and participate in shipment showdown. Help pull/tag samples if needed.
3. TAG/PROCESS shipment. 
4. While tagging, seperate the WACC from the women's boxes. Set aside shipment you know you can put out. Back stock any replenishment that can not be filled. 
5. Create a seperate BIN of shipment to work on at the cash wrap. (please try to keep it tamed and in a bin and not a box!)
6. EAS!!!! Do this first thing after the morning meeting. If you're scheduled elsewhere your first hour please remind who ever is at the registers to please do it. 
7. PUSH out shipment. If you need any advice with placement please talk to your merchandiser, a manager, or your merch team lead! 
8. Work on daily directives. 
9. Process all jewelry same day as it arrives. This is mandatory and VERY important.

This morning I began by filling scarves, mainly the ones in the back of zone 2 because they sold down over the weekend.  I then did shipment show down per usual. We got in 27 boxes today and lots of shoes! We got two new prints in the skippies, and the all grey ones (to match the all orange ones!). We also got tons of Mary Janes! We got two new styles of necklaces. Both can be found on the front of the necklace A-Frame on display. We also got in a new stone cuff bracelet in two colors which can be found on the wooden bracelet spindles. TWO new colors of TOMS came in (and a replen in the olive)! A blue acid wash and a floral TOMS wedge (so far, I've only found four pairs.. I hope they're hiding somewhere..). We got in two new colors in the turn lock wallet, white, and light green and a replen in the grey. AND, we got in three new hair accessories. Two new prints in the hair scarf, a new color in the floral headband that's on the cluster, and a new beaded elastic hair band. Needless to say I spent a lot of time working on jewelry and the A-Frames & cluster. I spent the rest of my day processing jewelry and putting out shipment. I also spent a hour cleaning up the shoe lounge and wiping down the tables. It looks so pretty when it's clean!

EVERYONE needs to check out the SLANT for this week. We have tons of new promos starting!! I'm really excited about them but we all need to make sure we're familiar with these!

We also got a 80% on our last mystery shop which is unfortunate. We missed points in the fitting room because the sales associate wasn't friendly and helpful, nor were they greeted when they walked in. We also lost points in, you guessed it, the shoe lounge! So let's all stay on top of our game and make sure we're y'know TALKING TO CUSTOMERS. Because, that is what we're here for!

Monday Morning Madness

Hey guys, I decided to give this post a name quite contrary to how the day really turned out because I like how it sounds. In reality the day was pretty calm and easy. We only got 14 boxes, most of which were WACC. We got in some old and some new. We got new colors in the Deena and Ozzy satchel that is represented in the ATW wall, green and black and replen in grey. We also got replen in the opaque floral tights and more Mary Janes, no new colors, but we haven't had many for a while, so I guess you can call them 'new'. We got some great wooden bracelet sets and a colorfully beaded stretch belt which is on the front table in Zone 1.... Oh... and an awful cap that comes in two colors that we placed in the WACC wall in Zone 2. I filled tights in the shoe lounge and the sandals in Zone 2. And since the day was pretty slow i cleaned out the cupboard behind registers 1 and 2. Because we got so few boxes I was able to process and back stock everything, so yay! Anni, I printed out the Wacc Merchandising section of the new Floor Set!! It looks totally awesome!!! Abby, has one. Aniysa, has the part regarding shoes!!! GET READY!!!!!! Lets show everyone that we are the BEST!!!!

In a little over 5 hours...

I will be back to open... I am a little sad to see how light the TOMS are on the wall. This is unacceptable!! This is not something to be played with!! We must keep that wall filled at all times. Its our number one Things That Pay The Rent!! Me and Abby have a busy morning ahead of us, Janine processed the shoes for us!! (Thanks!!) We have the red ones in!! Those things are always the first to go. Along with the Crochet versions!! We are going to move the A frame back Push the benches forward. While leaving the short one for sitting. We will pick the shoes that will be displayed. Then we will go over our markdowns, and fill the floor. While pulling all sale off the floor.. To sale. Or, in tandem. The weekend is here.. We are expecting some nice weather... We are going to represent those sandals and Hats.. All that wacc gotta fly outta here!!!! The intimate table needs a touch up. While the mid... Yes, we have a mid. Will start on the cluster.. Giving it a dust off and a fill and move. No fixtures, just sale!! Sale wallets will go on a peg for a moment. We have tons of them on sale. Small goods are down. Last year, those numbers were pretty stellar. The bags in sale will change, we have new ones that went to sale. That will actually sell more. Due to the mark down. You see, the Lady Ornate Satchel finally moved!! So, will have everything all nice and purdey!!! See you all 5 1/2 hours.. The time on here is different. But, I know what time it is!!!!

New Return Policy

As all of you should know we have a new return policy which is we have the right to deny a return without a receipt, if they refuse to show us ID. Also added to this new return policy is that we have to get their address and phone number when they return without a receipt. The boxes that pop up after a return (where we often just get the first and last name, because it's necessary) that ask for all this information HAS to be filled out. As of last week only 14% of our returns without receipts had the telephone number. This is unacceptable. I know it's kind of weird at first because we're not used to it but we need to make sure this is happening all across the board. If only a few people do it then it won't be consistent. We must not pick and choose what customers we get this information from. Everyone returning without a receipt must have ID and HAS to comply with the return policy.

In short, FILL OUT ALL THE INFORMATION when the boxes pop up after a return without receipt.

A day in the life of...... Wacc!

What's up, Ya'll??

            Another awesome night.... We ended up 43!!!! So, as far as Wacc goes... We will continue to upkeep our department!!! Floor Sets are coming!!! I'm loving the name Sea Gypsy!!! This week we have to continue our markdowns. We have been really great completing them before deadline!! Lets continue being great with that!! I left off in the Out stock Shoe bay and the belts on the peg! We do have a separate sheet for our Intimates markdowns.... Many cami's are now $9.99.. We needs to mark those sucker's down and move them into sale!! Lets boost that business!!! Also, We have been getting replenishment of TOMS!!! Please, get them processed and out on the selling floor. Don't forget to sku them properly and tag that left shoe!!! Which leads us into back stock.... Its getting crazy!! Please make sure you are correctly back stocking... If a bay is labeled sale... I should not walk back there to find new merchandise unprocessed in that spot!!! Don't slip, Ya'll!!!

-The closes in Wacc have been a bit lackluster..... I come in at 7 only to find Hats and Scarves being ran in all kinds of crazy spots... There should never be 6 different styled scarves on a vignette. A bald headed girl in the the front entry platform. Or, a girl with only one shoe on!! That's just not cool!!! REMEMBER.... A GOOD CLOSE, IS A SUCCESSFUL OPEN!!!!

-This week, we will be partnering up with Nico and Carole. To revamp our back wacc wall in zone 2. We will be adding some Women's merchandise with Accessories!! Its gonna POP and be really cool!! I'm excited to see the turnout!!
 -Markdowns!!!!!
-The Intimates table is getting light!!!! FILL IT!!!!
-Those sandal A frames should never be light..... WE HAVE MANY NEW SHOES TO FILL!!!
-We will be redoing the front wall making it our Beauty Representation with Vanity!!!

HOHOHO! Merry Early Christmas. We've got Hours!

Hello darlings! Today didn't look so promising but we actually ended at 100 dollars over goal tonight, so thanks to everyone who worked today and over the last couple days, filling and maintaining the floor. We have WACC firsts and furthers this week. Charley began working on the mark downs, and while Liz and I worked on getting some done today as well, neither one of us was able to move around enough to work on the out stock shoes. I left the manifest at the cash wrap. So, Charley, good luck on those tomorrow.
