First, let me be the one to say the aztec TOMS went on sale, along with the chord TOMS. They are all 39.99 and with employee appreciation that is a great deal! I'm just spreading the word in case any employees wanted to get them (they'll make good gifts!). We didn't get many mark downs. I was able to complete them on the floor and in backstock. However, I did not check the bins for the printed Toms or the chord Toms, I only did what was on the pegboard in backstock.
Weekly Direction:
We ended the week -10%. Successful classes include: gloves, hats (killin' em), and boots! Opportunity classes: scarves, handbags, small goods, and casual shoes.
-Signage!! let's get that magic text glove sign up! why not, ey!?!? Also, we need to add another KB pump promo sign to the shoe lounge wall now that they house those shoes! They're all out, btw!
-I want to create a hevier bag presentation in the store. I'm going to be moving the D&O bag on the front table. I'm going to try to work it into the second entry table. Those envelope clutches will come off. I'd like to work those into the wall next to the FR. We can take out those sparkly bags which can easily get moved. Also going to move the small bags in the middle of the chambray 4x4. Where? I'm not sure yet.
-Casual shoe clean up! We need to move the sale flats off that a-frame (the shiny bow flats are on sale!) and the flats on there need to get cleaned up. The pegs are a little crazy. There needs to be on style on each row. Please group them together by styles.
-The gloves A-Frame to get cleaned up and turnd around (I did cleaned it and filled it, just needs to be flipped!)
-There are also a few things in backstock I'll be bringing to the floor that are on velocity and not out. The cross hatch floral scarf (which is NOT on sale yet!) comes in 4 colors and it's still high up on velocity, and we have a bunch. They need to make their way back out onto the floor.
-BRAAAS! Let's re-work the inside of this lingerie table and create a strapless bra presentation. The lace bandeaus and the seamless bandeaus have always done pretty well for us and haven't been on the floor in WEEKS.
