Side Notes:
- The backstock is so clean and organized right now thanks to Janine. So shout out to her again for helping us out. She rules. Seriously though it's glistening it looks so good. ;) Lets KEEP it that way.
- Make sure we are asking customers for ALL their information when returning without a receipt.
- If you have a shady return we are allowed to deny it. Please do not accept anything that has ripped tags, holes in the item, or is an Around the World item without a receipt. IMMEDIATELY call your floor sup so they can deny the return for you, and properly handle the customer.
- Mystery shop standards for cash wrap: apologize if the customer had to wait in line (yes, this is on the mystery shop), ask for email/zip, and assist in everyway possible. Remember to be sincere!
- Please remember to do the EAS every morning!
