Today I moved all the wedge sneakers into the shoe lounge and pulled the boots that were on the wall back into the stock room. I also ran through sale for dime outs, cleaned wacc sale, and filled it. I was working on the wacc bins at the cash wrap filtering out .10's and the color'd mark downs. Speaking of which, I will be finishing up the dime outs and color mark downs tomorrow. Abby got through a good amount of the sunglasses but there are still a few bags to be gone through. Hopefully she blogs tonight so Leslie can pick up where Abby left off.
Tomorrow I am working in backstock during the morning. I will be scanning through the rest of the dime outs, finishing up color mark downs, backstocking our left over shipment (SOOOO many shoes back there right now!). I was going to have Leslie finish lanyard tagging the boxed shoes in backstock and continue working on sunnies. We are also going to create a intimates sales display because we have so many after these color mark downs.
I was thinking for the hanging platform sneakers we could double up on the on the frame upstairs. The perferrated loafers and open toe flats can go downstairs. I would like to see the downstairs frames be socks/tights and then casual shoes/casual shoes.. I am going to run this by Morgin first, but I think this would help accomidate the new casual shoes we've gotten in. We have a bunch of the crochet flats back in too that need to go out. Plus, the tights are going to be shopped less and less the warmer it gets out. Tomorrow IS March 1st. ;)

Missing Mobile
Hey team! So outside of shipment, which was pretty heavy compared to the first couple days and last week, I wanted to address the situation with mobiles. We lost one earlier this week and it was later discovered in a garbage bin, and then we lost one again last night. So twice this week we've lost a mobile. Therefore, from now on ONLY the floor supervisor will have a mobile and there will be one stationed at register 5 for use at the cash wrap. This means that if any of us is on the floor and needs to use a mobile, he/she must ask the fs for it, and once done, must return it back to the floor sup. This process will make us each more mindful of the mobile, but it will also magnify the responsibility because at every moment you have to know where it is as does the fs. At the cash wrap, let's get in the rhythm of using the mobile and then placing it back on the spot Corey has craftily labeled at register 5, this is our mobiles home. I am always really nervous about misplacing these gadgets, so please, lets be diligent about safe keeping our mobiles.
Speaking of safe keeping, we will now be double tagging shoes, meaning each foot gets a tag. Corey would like us to only use lanyard tags, especially on display shoes. Leslie worked on tagging our back stocked shoes last weekend, and Anni retagged our display shoes in the shoe lounge and the ones on mannequins.
We got the images for the color specific markdowns. Anni got to most of the panties and bras on the sales floor and tomorrow I will be working on the dime outs. It will be easiest to work on sunglasses at the cw, so I will probably bring a couple bags at a time to the wrap to price check and I'll RF the sunglasses wall.
Will update you all tomorrow night.
Sleep tight.

HEYYYY!
In shipment: Three new chunky necklaces in mixed metals, polka dot canvas lace ups, mint floral printed canvas lace ups, new filigree-like strapped sandal in black, a new wallet with a chain strap in three colors; black, pink and blue, and new post earrings. The wallets and the canvas lace ups have not made it to the floor yet.
We still have markdowns to comPlete, the images were supposed to come in mail pack today but didn't, so hopefully tomorrow or Thursday we'll just RF the fixtures and possibly the bays and complete mark downs that way. We also have dime outs, mostly on intimates, so if they're not done before Saturday, then I will be working on them Saturday morning.
Important notes from today's walk through: We need to work on reorganizing and repegging the jewelry A-frame, work on cleaning up and dealing with our shipment in bs. Anni and I have to figure out how to get the TOMS and the platform sneakers out of boxes and into the bays. We have to clean up sale and create a clean working display for sale intimates and work on relocating some of our hand bags so that they'll sell better. That's all for now. Look out for a post from Anni.
We also have new promos coming up, but tomorrow I will check to see which are value signage and which are reduced price promos. So if you haven't worked this week and wont be working tomorrow check back here for that information. Other wise, check your slant!
Till tomorrow!

Weekly Directives
- Move chain link pouch on back of vignette #2 to the wall near the bathroom.
- Move the envelope bags on the bathroom wall onto a table. I was thinking the middle entry table. Those scarves in the back of the table are on sale. We can move something from the front of the table to the back to create room for the envelope bags.
- On vignette #2 will go the chain link kimchi blue bags that come in a million colors. We decided on putting the heart ones back there. The regular chain link bags I would like to see an entire row of them on the small goods frame. We will probably have to sacrafice some other wallets for the time being.
- Colored firsts this week. It seems to mostly be bras and panties. Over the weekend we will put out wooden boxes in sale on the shelving to help sell through these. We have got to make sure it's getting closed out properly at night though.
- Sale clean up.
- We should have a new price point sign for the BDG skimmers in the mail pack this week. The sign needs to go on the a-frame upstairs. Hopefully this will help drive our casual shoe business a bit.
- The jewelry frame needs some love. It needs to be re-worked and the piecey jewelry needs to be put in the office. Lets keep it clean people!!
- Keeping up with shipment for the week.
- TOMS. Fill them. Breathe them. Live them.
- DIME outs this week. 100% by Friday.
Expectations
- Online return jewelry over $30 needs to be put in the office.
- Moving forward ALL SHOES must be hard tagged (both feet). Display shoes need lanyard tags. This week I will have someone go through the shoe lounge display shoes to make sure they are tagged correctly.
- When processing WACC please make sure to pull all paper out of shoe boxes, bags, etc.
- Only managers can ring employees (goes for all employees of the company).
- Make sure we're doing the EAS every morning.
- ALWAYS get a manager to sign your holds and damages.
- I will be going over more in depth operational cash wrap situations in the near future.
- The cash wrap needs to remain as clear as possible at all times.

Up!
Hey guys! Happy Monday! We only got two boxes of shipment today; a box of white converses, and a mixed box of necklaces, the small card earrings, crochet headbands in 3 colors and replen in the solid black and solid ivory lace bras. Everything has gone out and been processed. I read Leslie's post, but for whatever reason I didn't understand what she meant by "double tagging" the shoes, so I single tagged all the converses excluding the display.
Anni didn't work today, so there was no walk through, however the break down of last week is as follows:
We ended last week down 28 percent
Strong classes: boots up 100, panties up 262, socks up 20, hats up 14, gloves up 118, sunglasses up 21, and necklaces up 66
Weak Classes: bras down 61, travel down 84, earrings down 38, hand bags and wallets down 39, belts down 84, small goods down 16, casual shoes down79, and athletic down 23
When I opened last Thursday we were down almost 50 percent, see we made some improvement through Saturday and continued to do so through Sunday because as of this morning we were up 14. Let's try and keep the momentum going.
Oh! We have color firsts. I got to the ones I could identify but the manifest didn't include skus, and going by the color alone is tricky, so I completed what I could. The images should come in some time this week so we can be sure which items are on sale.
Ill see you guys tomorrow. Good Night.

Good morning angels
So Real quick:
This weekend worked in backstock, as much as I could, processing and double tagging shoes. I tried to organize as I went, it's not quite perfect. I left off at the deena and ozzy buckle sandal things, then noticed there were more on another shelf. Fear not. I think there's still enough space to keep them together. Basically what's left is the ecote booties, some bdg sneakers, and online return shoes. I've just been taking all the paper out and double tagging. The nikes were a total pain.
On Saturday filled the nail polishes using the ones at cashwrap. Then shaina did some beautiful mind magic and made it look pretty(she was kinda bored) While rearranging them, I noticed how gnarly and dusty those things have gotten and ended up dusting those nail polishes with that canned air goodness we have.
Let's keep an eye on that. Dust collects so quickly on everything in here. dusty and gross products dont sell.
We've also been prepping the new disc tags at cashwrap, so those are up there. I heard there are still two boxes we have to get to. Woohoo.
Little reminder: Don't forget to get holds and damaged items signed by managers!!
Have a good open!

Hiiiii
So last nights close went smoothly. I tagged all the canvas tote bags by the bathrooms. I didn't get a chance to rearrange jewelry though. There is a teeny basket of jewelry in the office that was at cashwrap last night. anni wants that jewelry "wall" reworked. Luckily she's opening so she can give you better direction. There were also some sunglasses at cashwrap, so those went out.that's it dudes! Have a good day!

WEEKLY DIRECTIVES / IMPORTANT INFO
Sorry this is so late in the week. As most of you know I've been pretty sick this week, so I apologize We ended the week -18%
Sucessful classes: 152 +70%, 153 gloves +94%, 163 other jewelry +73%, 154 small goods +76%, 312 boots +112%.
Opportunity classes: 157 scarves -19%, 151 handbags -14%, 311 casual -93%, 315 athletic -12%.
Sucessful classes: 152 +70%, 153 gloves +94%, 163 other jewelry +73%, 154 small goods +76%, 312 boots +112%.
Opportunity classes: 157 scarves -19%, 151 handbags -14%, 311 casual -93%, 315 athletic -12%.
- Sale clean up. The backpacks in sale need to be moved to the back of the z-racks in sale. The sale shoes on the very bottom below the last shelf need to be moved onto the shelves. If there are any other z-rack backs that are not being used we could fill 9.99 sale scarves from the stock room.
- Shoe lounge update. We would like to get all the sneaker wedges onto the wall seeing as how they are what is selling the most out of our shoes. Because we don't have a ton I'd like to condense what's out there and then make the bottom shelf the cheaper sneaker wedges (the velcro ones). I'd perfer to keep the Nike wedges in backstock though, because they are $130.
- Mark downs and furthers 100% by Friday..
- Figuring out a game plan for those TOMS.. I moved the 19.99 TOMS to the sale section which cleared up 3-5 pegs in the full priced section. I won't be able to get to fill them today, but they will need to get filled this weekend to help clear out some of our TOMS in backstock (We have 3-4 boxes full of them! yikes!)
- Jewelry clean up. We would like to move the charm-y/gift-y jewelry forward, pull the sale 'other jewelry' off (sale rings, sale bracelets, etc), and tidy up the back of the frame.
- ALL DISPLAY SHOES.. ALL DISPLAY SHOES.. MUST. BE. LANYARD TAGGED. Abby and I walked in the other day to find two pairs of $100+ heels not tagged at all. THESE HAVE GOT TO BE TAGGED. ALL OF THEM.
- ENGAGE your customer at the wrap. Abby talked about this already, but to re-iterate. COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. "Hi how are you?" "Did you find everything ok?" is really all it takes.
- USE YOUR MOBILE POS. I swear to GOD if anyone on WACC is ever on a mystery shop saying 'everythings on the floor' you're going to get fired. I will make sure of it. We have mobiles for a reason. Especially at the cash wrap, utilize them. Your shift will not be dragged out any longer from one order. If you're about to leave, call for back up. If there's a line, call for back up.
- WACC BACKSTOCK. Abby and I spent 7 straight hours back there organizing the crap out of our bays. THERE IS A HOME FOR EVERYTHING IN BACKSTOCK. THERE IS NO REASON RANDOM WACC SHOULD BE FLOATING AROUND BINS/THE BACKSTOCK. Every bin is labeled "sale scarves" "scarves" "hats" "sale hats". Even the bag wall is labeled. This means if there's a random return you can either 1) run it to a very similiar/like item on the floor OR 2) you can find the appropriate bin/home for it in backstock. Example, an online bag is returned and we don't have it. Place it in the shelf that says 'online hand bags'. Easy, right?
- SEPERATE YOUR PINS AND HARD TAGS. PULL THEM EVERY NIGHT. There is no reason this shouldn't be happening nightly.
- Fill bags at night. I feel like this happens maybe once a week. It needs to be happening more often.

READ and COMMENT
Hey guys. Like usual we got shipment today. With help, everything got processed, out and back stocked. We got in a new bag that comes in five colors for $34, two new colors and patterns of the chain handled pouches, and a few new wallets. Tonight I just want to reiterate some things that we should all be aware of and practicing. This month we got a 25% out of a possible 150% on our mystery shop. Many of the points we lost were lost at the wrap. So, we need to make sure we are greeting customers, helping them on the floor if need be, but mainly at the cash wrap, we need to use our mobiles, for size checks, color checks, within and without our store checks, cool? Use those mobiles, they provide us with extra points, and the more we milk it the better. For example: "I wasn't able to locate that item in our store; however, with my handy dandy mobile here, I will be sure to help you locate it in another Urban or online". Wah lah magic guys! I know that a lot of us utilize our mobiles but its use needs to become second nature to all of us. Chit chatting at the wrap. Lets be honest we're all chatty at the wrap, so we know how to communicate. Let's please chat it up with the customers. When dealing with a customer, ask yourself, am I treating this person like he/she exists? Because if you are then you've greeted them, asked them if they found everything ok (note: this question often leads to concerns about items or sizes that couldn't be located, an opportune moment to introduce the customer to our handy dandy mobile), within reason asked if they'd like a bag, an emailed receipt, paper or both etc. I know we know all of these things, but let's make a point to do it ALL the time. When a customer is returning an item or items......? I am intersted to know what you guys know so comment on that. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE WHEN SOMEONE IS MAKING A RETURN? So lets play this game. Everyone comment; give one point, example, whatever, and no one can repeat one that has already been posted. I will be interested to see who's reading posts, and where we are as a team.
See you guys tomorrow.
See you guys tomorrow.

Presidents, mystery shops and Fatah
Hey guys! It was a busy day. A few lucky New Yorkers got the day off today and it seems they decided to take advantage of the last day of the 30 percent off sale. We got 50 boxes of shipment today; a couple boxes of toms, replen in the solid black and solid white platform lace up sneakers, replen in the scarves represented on the necklace forms on the wall near the stairs, new jewelry and a cute hat with cat ears. For the most part everything has been processed. We just need to make sure all the jewelry goes out and the remaining scarves get unwrapped and back stocked.
Business wise we were down 17 last week and almost 50 yesterday. We did very well in other jewelry, panties and boots, but most everything else was down. Belts are finally back on the floor and sunglasses are back and selling, but they went up late in the week, so hopefully we will see improvements in these classes next week. Hand bags and Travel are continuing to struggle, even with the sale. We have markdowns this week, but I haven't even seen them yet.
Cash Wrap: CLOSE DOWN THE WRAP!!!! Anni has created a cash wrap checklist that is hanging on the right door of the first cabinet behind the registers. TAKE A GOOD LOOK. I pulled holds from Valentine's Day! Also, we need to keep the drawers together. Again, READ! Please keep everything in their designated spaces. Additionally, we got our Secret Shop for last month and it is awful. So if Anni or someone else doesn't do it we will be going over cash wrap protocol when I see each of you. I will be the first to admit that I don't do everything perfectly all the time, but as a team we need to do better.
In other news, though it is related to what I just said above, Fatah came by today......
I know tomorrow is going to be a tough one. See you guys then.

Weekend Update
belts are up!
Tights are in the second fitting room downstairs.
I processed and put out most of that new jewelry. There was quite a bit of excess in the bracelets and rings so I left them wrapped and put them back in the office.
Toms are processed, but I didn't know where to put them. There are 3 boxes in bs. I put some out on the floor to fill it out, but there are still plenty back there.
There was a bin of scarves that were left at cashwrap on Friday and a box of scarves that Cedric found in bs. I filled those that were on the floor and combined the bin and box. They are in bs.
I filled sale with what I could. Scarves were looking a little light when I left so that could be filled in the am.
Cedric cleaned the backstock area this morning and it looked really good. I tried to organize the wacc stragglers as much as I could.
ALSO
Just a reminder for closing:
Don't forget to close the $wrap!
I know nights are busy and can get rough, but it's what we gotta do. As much as we want to help close the floor, we forget the cashwrap is part of that. If it's not closed out, then you aren't done.
If you don't already know, anni has put a list of closing responsibilities up on the inside of the cabinet next to the holds. Now you know.
Drop pins, pull expired holds, close down jewelry clusters, clear the counters, and take down hangers!! Hangers were getting crazy again! We have a new girl, kathi (sp?) that started this morning and she boxed and organized the crap out of those hangers. Please help keep it that way!
That's all kids.
For weekend update, I'm Leslie B. Goodnight and have a pleasant tomorrow.

Weekend Directives
Saturday: Please work on processing the TOMs in backstock, and the jewelry that is to be processed sitting in the office.
Sunday: I would like you to remove the tights from the frame near the backstock and place them in the cardboard trays we've been making for tights. Please add the trays to the second FR full of tights. I would then like to see the belts get pegged out on the frame where the tights once were. The belts are all in a bin in backstock on your immediate right when you walk in. There might be a womens box on top of it.
Please make sure to utilize your floor sup! Have a great weekend and I will see you guys Monday.. Remember, when in doubt FILL (especially sale!!). We added a bunch of scarves to the sale section to. Lets move dat business.

day before v-day
Hey guys. Im just coming in from the gym and I feel like im going to pass out. So this will be short and sweet. We got a lot of shipment considering that it was only me till 4 and I came in at 9. First thing I did was consolidate boxes. We got about 7 or 8 boxes of TOMS and I cut them down to 4. Three of the boxes stayed with me at the wrap and all the rest went down to bs, these have yet to be processed. I got to all but a few of the toms, maybe 5, that were upstairs with me. I also pulled all of the jewelry from this morning's shipment into a basket, but, except for a few that Charley got to, these too are unprocessed. NOTHING went out. Aside from just trying to get things processed, everyone was busy with the 30% sale set up since it started early today, so for the most part I think all department are behind on shipment. To be honest, I dont know what the plan for tomorrow is. Anni wanted me to work on the new sunglasses display, I think our sale presentation needs updating, especially our aframes and we still have shipment to process. Ill talk to the opening manager and Morgin about what I need to prioritize tomorrow.
PS. people were shopping today!!! Anni!! I hope you are enjoying your days off!
See you all at some point soon

Weekly Directives
We ended the week -35%. OUCH. Overall the store was down 20% so not great business. Maybe it's the weather!? Either way, lets turn it around this week!
Successful classes: 152 hats +50%... that's it.
Opportunity classes: everything else.. haha. Mainly handbags/travel which is becoming the same class (151) -30%, 312 boots down -91% (damn you returns), 157 scarves down -57%.
DIRECTIVES:
TUESDAY : I was unable to finish my frame switches. I got through almost everything except the belts/sunglasses. I would start with the sunnies. I left them in the FR (I apologize, I ended up leaving a hour late because I was on the phone with IT.. it took forever..) Like I said, most of the sunnies in quantity are bagged. All the piecey ones are in that box. I asked Charley to have Jael start on the sunglasses, so I'm not sure what she did or did not get to but I guess you'll see that when you come in. Please pull fresh sunnies from backstock to replen the peg wall. The tights downstairs I didn't want to move off the frame because I realized I would not have time to finish (it was 5:30.. and I hadn't even done trash, then IT called a few mins later).
Friday Abby and I are invisible to work in backstock all day. I'm super excited. I'm going to come up with a game plan for organization back there to make processing/filling easier. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!
thanks!!

Opportunity classes: everything else.. haha. Mainly handbags/travel which is becoming the same class (151) -30%, 312 boots down -91% (damn you returns), 157 scarves down -57%.
DIRECTIVES:
- Big frame switches happened today. Now all the casual out stock shoes are near the bathroom upstairs. The socks came down into the shoe lounge. The second frame in the shoe lounge is now tights. The sun glasses will go where the belts are, under the mirror. The belts will then go where the tights used to be, behind the bras.
- Move chain link bag from downstairs to an entry way table top.
- Setting up sale for 30% off which is happening over the weekend. Re-vamp of sale, putting out fresh sale product, pulling all the sale jewelry together.
- Shoe lounge audit, making sure all display shoes are out, cleaning the SL, making sure everything has a lanyard tag.
Now that inventory and holiday is over we really need to observe our floor placement and how much of everything we're putting out. Needless to say, WACC had the biggest shrink. We need to be hyper aware of our jewelry quantities. We also need to make sure we're processing all our boxed shoes with lanyard tags, along with every display shoe.
If anyone has any suggestions please let me know!
thanks!!

Monday 11
Hey guys! Happy Monday and welcome to the second week of the month. Last week we didn't do so hot. We were down 24 percent to LY. However, we have started the week off well, up 20+. The only classes that did well for us last week were panties and hats; I think everything else was down. Per usual, I wasn't part of the walk through, so I'm not sure of the details discussed. Look forward to Anni's post for that information. I know she moved/ has to move most of our a-frames around. The sunglasses are moving under the large mirror near the fitting rooms, most of the out stock shoes are coming upstairs, the belts are going downstairs, and something is changing with tights, although I think they are staying downstairs along with socks. Anni told me that we had a high percentage of shrinkage in Wacc last year. So some changes are going to be made starting with the amount of jewelry we put out. I know that for a while the goal has been for us to get everything out, but keeping the display jewelry low might help us better eyeball dwindling supply that doesn't correspond with sales. Anni and I will be working on the cork board in the office, so that over flow jewelry can live neatly back there.
Today, I processed and back stocked shipment, like usual; we got a basket full of jewelry, so I spent a good amount of time processing them and getting them out. It was a normal day. We got markdowns, mostly on scarves, beanies/winter gear and some make up. I'll work on these tomorrow.
See ya'll!

CA$H WRAP SUGGESTIONS
The cash wrap is in the process of getting a face lift. In the mean time, is there any supplies/anything we don't have at the cash wrap that we could use? Or something you guys feel that we don't use very often that could go? I plan on making a new way to seperate applications, to better help with that process so we can keep the applications under control. If anyone has any other suggestions please comment! :D

Late Night Chat
Hey guys! I just worked on moving the clutches that come in the 5 different colors as Anni asked. I cleaned up the wallets, but there are a few holes that I forgot to fill in. I'll just have to double up on some styles, or fill them with sale because we don't actually have too many wallets. I started filling nail polish. I brought up a half basket and left them at the wrap for Jael to work on. It was so tedious getting the polish out of the office and opening each box, and searching for the right colors that I think we should leave the ones I brought up and pull from them as needed. But, I have to pass that by Anni first. Yesterday and today I've been working on cleaning up the wrap, so I reorganized the drawers and the cabinets behind registers 4 and 5. Depending on the pace tomorrow I will finish reorganizing.
Have a good Night guys!

cashwrap expectations.
Y'alllllllll,
I need each of you to abide by the following cashwrap expectations:
1. If you are the opening cashier, you must test EAS! and have a manager sign off on it before you put the binder away.
2. All holds must be current and signed off by a manager. Check these at opening and closing!
3. No more than $300.00 in your register at any given time. Drop those $20s in your dropbox.
4. When closing out the cashwrap and you're dropping pins, keep pins and hardtags separate. Use the akro bins for pins! no more shopping bags.
5. Hangers in the breakroom must be hung up and separated by tops and bottoms. If they cannot fit into the hanger system, they can be boxed by style.
Let me know if you have any questions!

Weekend Directives
A few things need to happen from Thursday - Sunday.
Wednesday: Update shoe lounge, clean up any weirdness in the downstairs section (display hats, empty hat heads, etc). Finish re-vamping jewelry.
Thursday: The Chelsea boot that is currently in the 4x4 by the stairs are going to move. I'd like you to display one of each color in the SL and backstock the rest. In its place, are going to go the Kimchi Blue chain bags in the wallet a-frame (the one that comes in black, cranberry, bright pink, etc and has the gold chain tucked on the inside.. theres a bunch!). Morgin wants them displayed in wooden boxes on their sides. We should be able to fit 4-5 of the small display boxes in there. Please fill the wallet frame as needed.
Friday: Morgin and I are going to be walking the floor and re-doing a lot of our placement on Thursday/Friday. Together we are going to assess the floor and move our scarves and handbags around. I need to add a sale bag sign to the wall with the sale backpacks. Please pull any full priced backpacks that remain and place them upstairs (near the denim bar on face outs, as Morgin and I talked about). I will have Leslie work on fills during the morning.
Saturday: MAJOR FILL / BACKSTOCK ORGANIZATION DAY. Please work on clearing out any weirdness in backstock, focusing on WACC, but remember that shared fate the backstock is all of ours! Walk your floor and conduct a major fill (i'm talking.. bins worth of stuff..)
Sunday: Please work on pairing single shoes. They are all currently living in the mens fitting room downstairs in the sale section. Walk the floor, the shoe lounge, the sale section, cash wrap, backstock, everywhere... and try to pair them up.

Mon Feb. 4th
Hey dolls we got replen in the woven boots, and a new color in the polka dot wallets. I back stocked the shoes and the remainder of the wallets that didn't fit out. We also have new firsts this week. I am done with the floor but back stock needs to be completed. I also worked on the panties for a while, filling in those that were light, but seeing as how V day is next week, I think we need to make sure the wall is full and has new styles represented by Friday.
See you guys tomorrow!

Sunday
Today Jen and I worked on filling WACC. We worked together on re-vamping the jewelry cluster. Pushing the sale styles off the front pegs, and began organizing the jewelry frame but was not able to get through it. I also set up a little valentines day jewelry side on the table. Also added and filled the ear cuffs and chains (so cute)! Please watch out for little girls taking these... And putting them in their pockets....So serious.

SATURDAY 2/2
This morning I worked in backstock helping clear out some of the living space back there, haha. I backstocked all the WACC that was back there. I also made two fill bins: one for upstairs, and one for downstairs. I ran out the downstairs bin and passed off the upstairs bin to Leslie, who came in at 10.
I also updated the SL with boots, I came in and saw we had barely any boots on our tables. I pulled out a few styles of some pricey piecey boots we have. I made sure to tag all of them. Please be super aware of these boots, those Fryes are $200... I tagged both feet. I also wrote only pair on the ones that are returns. Our shoes are down a ton on the week so this was my last effort to bring it up considering we don't have any other boots. The ladies aren't buying our cute flats.. they want the boots and unfortunately all ours are on sale (and the majority is gone), or on the SL wall.
Tomorrow we're focusing mostly on cleaning the back of house in the morning, but I'd like the WACC opener to also work on single shoes.
